Autumn is my favourite time of the year just for the clothes alone. It is socially acceptable to just throw on a jumper with a pair of jeans…whereas if I do that in summer I look silly. I am all about my comfort!
These are my top 3 outfits I have been wearing the past couple of months; they are practical, warm and cosy.
This is one of my most used looks that I wear for university – I tend to just swap the jumper for another until my jeans need washing. The jeans are high-waisted which are perfect for me because I love to wear baggy jumpers on top & my tummy stays nice and warm. The coat I have stolen from Matthew as I seem to only own one coat which is not winter appropriate! These boots are my ultimate winter wardrobe stable piece – I bought this back in 2014 when it actually snowed up in Stoke.
The coat I am wearing I have (again) stolen from Matthew – it is so WARM. I think it is a duffel coat? The floral dress I stole from my sister a couple of months ago when I was visiting my family – it is a roll-neck dress which I think is great for cold days. You can see that I am also wearing a red cardigan underneath my denim jacket (I just layer & layer!) which is my granddads.

Probably my most ‘fanciest’ look out of all 3. I bought both of these items in the last few weeks and fallen in love with both of them. I think they go really well together (such a fashion guru here..) and makes me feel pretty!
Please excuse the bin on the side – I thought I had these photos taken from the usual area.

What are you favourite winter outfits? Do you wrap up warm with lots of jumpers, coats & scarves? I would attempt to be ‘fashionable’ but I love my comfort too much!
